About HSFK Open Farm

HSFK Open Farm is our signature annual fundraiser that welcomes families from across the region to spend a relaxed afternoon at the farm.

Presenting Sponsor — $3,000+

Featured Activity: Horse Rides
Prominent recognition across event signage, digital promotions, social media, and the Community Sponsorship Board.

Featured Activity Sponsor — $1,000

Support a specific activity like face painting, horse grooming, petting area, or photo booth, with recognition on signage, social media, and the Community Sponsorship Board.

Community Sponsor — $300

Support the Games & Crafts Station with event signage, social media, and website recognition.

Donations for Online Auction

Donations of products and services are an important part of our special event fundraising, especially through our online auction, which extends the impact of Open Farm beyond event day.

We are seeking:

  • Auction items or experiences
  • Gift cards (services, dining, retail, wellness, family activities)
  • Themed gift packages
  • Unique or local experiences

Donors will be recognized on the online auction platform and on social media.
